Born in 1941, Mikhail Stepanyan is a retired diplomat who encouraged positive foreign relations through art. In retirement, he embraced painting, finding connection to his roots and the many landscapes that graced his tours. From landscapes to portraits, his art pulls from a multitude of styles that captured him during his learnings.
